Santa Cecelia Granite

Q. In July 2002, my company installed 3cm Santa Cecelia Granite counter tops. In November 2008, we were contacted by the cabinet firm for which we did the project for that the home owner is unhappy with their granite and implied that we have sold them an "inferior granite". The home owner claims the granite has hair like fissures through out and has refused to have the tops sealed. Do you have any comments or suggestions? Six years is a long time to notice these deficiencies don't you think?
