Saturnia haze

Q.Hi - Hope you can help me. We recently had Saturnia marble floors installed throughout our 1st floor. They were sealed by the installer. There looks like an unsightly haze on a lot of the tiles. They also feel rough to your feet. It's appears to be on the ones with the most fill. What happened? Did the installer not polish them enough before sealing? I know that this is not normal looking. Waited years to do this and it has been so upsetting. What can we do? Thank you so much.
A. It sounds like the sealer was misapplied over  some grout haze. The grout haze should have been removed prior to sealing. You will need a bona fide stone refinisher to clean up this mess.
