water damaged marble |
Article Number: 250 | Rating: Unrated | Last Updated: Fri, Jul 27, 2007 at 12:00 AM |
Our chimney leaked and water sat on our marble hearth. Now that spot is no longer shiny. What do I use to correct this?
Dear Michelle:
I wish all queries were that easy!... :-)
Get hold of a reputable stone restoration contractor that will hone (light grinding) and then re-polish the surface of your stone. Your homeowner insurance should pick up the tab.
May I ask you now to please read and e-sign our Statement of Purpose at:

:-)
Ciao and good luck,
