travertine floor |
Article Number: 468 | Rating: Unrated | Last Updated: Thu, Sep 13, 2007 at 12:00 AM |
I had a pest control substance sprayed directly on my travertine floor. It turned to a sticky goo that will not come up, when I try to wipe it up with water it becomes crystallized. What can i use to clean my floor? I don't know what kind of sealant was put on it.
Dear Jean:
Why, are you aware of any sealer that was put on your travertine floor? And if so, what on earth for??...
That said, your problem goes beyond the know-how of most cleaning people, if the sticky stuff turns into crystals when hit by water.
If it were my floor, I would call the exterminator and ask them for advice before trying anything else.
May I ask you now to please read and e-sign our Statement of Purpose at:

Ciao and good luck,
