granite

have you heard of granite by the name of Lapius? I've never seen it on your site. Did the white vinegar test on it and no stains? Thanks

Dear Keith:
I reckon you mean Lapidus "granite".
Yes, I've heard of it.
And no, I did not run any test on it: I don't intend to buy it and therefore I have no reason to run a test on a specific slab of something that I'm not interested in purchasing... J
Which brings us to the real question: why don't you run that test yourself on the very slab that you're considering, or at least a piece of scrap from a slab from the same batch?...
And BTW, have you picked your fabricator yet?

May I ask you now to please read and e-sign our Statement of Purpose at: http://www.marblecleaning.org/purpose.htm? J

Ciao and good luck,

Maurizio Bertoli
