How to remove etch marks from onyx

Q. I installed green onyx mosaic marble in my shower before researching how soft a stone it is. I used a cleaner that left etch lines but they are rather light - you can't feel them but can see them. How do I remove the etch marks and bring the marble back to a shine? Will MB-11 work and how do I use it?

A. Hello- If they are a couple of light etches I would say the MB-11 will work fine. However on mosaic tile inside a shower stall I recommend that you call a bona fide stone refinisher. He or she will be able to fix this for you. It sounds like you used an acidic chemical thoughout the shower. It may be too big of a job for the mb-11.
