Indiana limestone

Q. I will be using indiana limestone for an exterior pool coping. Do you have any recommendations for the method of installation on top of the pool beam? The stone is 2" thick 14" x 48" pieces. Is there an issue with potential interaction between the concrete beam and the limestone? If so what is the best method to prevent leeching ? Thank you

A. This would be very difficult to answer here. The Marble Institute of America has design specifications specifically for this. I would like to refer you to them. (www.marble-institute.com)
