specific directions how to strip sealer

Q. I have contacted my granite installer and requested that they strip the sealer from my absolute black granite. What are the specific directions/instructions for this procedure? Thanks for your assistance.

 

A. The first step is to determine what it has been sealed with. This is important to determine the type of stripper that will be necessary. As far a specific instructions are concerned it would be difficult for me to give you these without  knowing the type  of sealer and if the stone is on the floor or countertop. The good news is that all strippers will have step by step instructions on how to use them.
