installing marble in shower stall

Q.what are the main differences between installing marble tile vs. ceramic tiles in a shower stall?
Hello-Ceramic tile in most cases will be much easier to maintain. There is a tremendous selection of ceramics and porcelain so you will have great choices.
Marble will be much harder to maintain. Polished stones in a shower stall will lose their luster over time and become matte. Marble can hold soap scum and become a tedious task to clean.
The most important part of the equation is who you will be buying the materials from and ofcourse the installers.
That goes for both products as you will want to work with bona fide dealers and installers. Get references and do your homework.
