Verde Butterfly

What a mess! I bought Verde Butterfly granite for a house I'm decorating for my mom. Unfortunately I went for pre-fabricated slabs and a second rate installer. Not surprisingly it looks pretty bad: deep scratches on the island, raw granite on some of the returns, and a gummy mess where this guy sealed it and apparently didn't wipe it off. What do I do? I haven't paid for it yet.

Dear Lisa:

Regardless of the dried-on residue of the impregnator – which should have never been applied to that stone, but tht's the least of your concerns – what do you expect me to say to you?

Certainly not something that you would like to hear, that's for sure!... L

In fact the only sensible answer is to pretend that it never happened, train yourself at thinking that, after all, it's only money, get rid of that piece of garbage and start anew.

May I ask you now to please read and e-sign our Statement of Purpose at: http://www.marblecleaning.org/purpose.htm?   :-)

Ciao and good luck,
