granite kitchen sink |
Article Number: 302 | Rating: 1/5 from 2 votes | Last Updated: Thu, Aug 9, 2007 at 12:00 AM |
we have just recently installed a black granite sink in the kitchen, and did away with the old stainless steel sink...my question is...is it safe to still add a little bleach into the water in this new sink to disinfect my dish cloth like I am used to doing???
Dear Renee:
I actually lost the count of the black "granites" that there are out there. This mean that I have no dea which black "granite" your sink is made of and its mineralogy. Consequently, for lack of that information, I can't recommend that you do what you suggested. Even if apparently it doesn't do anything bad, you never know the long term effects.
May I ask you now to please read and e-sign our Statement of Purpose at:

:-)
Ciao and good luck,
