Cleaning Travertine Marble |
Article Number: 333 | Rating: Unrated | Last Updated: Wed, Aug 15, 2007 at 12:00 AM |
We have travertine marble tables whose tops have developed rings and spots over a period of time from various items placed on them or spots dropped on them. I have tried to remove these areas but have been unsuccessful. Please help and advise how I can clean them.
Dear Marti:
You may want to try with a good-quality marble repair kit; but considering how old thre table is, it may turn out to be too weak an approach to the project. Buying one won't hurt and it will be always something that you will need to use occasionally. But if it doesn't work, you will have to hire the services of a proficient stone restoration contractor.
May I ask you now to please read and e-sign our Statement of Purpose at:

:-)
Ciao and good luck,
Maurizio Bertoli
