Rust Stains on Travertine

Maurizio - we have recently installed a travertine tiled floor in our master bathroom and have just noticed what we believe to be rust stains on the floor near the toilet that are a result of rusty water dripping from the toilet brush. Is there any way to remove these stains?

Dear Molly:
Rusty water dripping from the toilet brush??
And why should the water dripping from the toilet brush be any rusty?... Do you have an answer to that?
Have you tried to clean the stains from the surface with an alkaline strong stone cleaner like MB-9?
Try that first (let it sit for half an hour or so and feed it some more if dries) and then, if it won't work, we'll think of something else.

May I ask you now to please read and e-sign our Statement of Purpose at: http://www.marblecleaning.org/purpose.htm? J

Ciao and good luck,

Maurizio Bertoli
