Carbonia Blue granite

Hi Maurizio - I am placing an order for Carbonia Blue Granite and can't find much info about it. My fabricator is one who "seals all granite" etc. Anything I should know about this stone beforehand? Thanks, Faith

Dear Faith:

I don't know much about Carbonia Blue “granite”, other than if it is a good-grading slab is a very enjoyable stone, and that can't be technically sealed. (Just too darn dense; and that is why is such a good choice, if the slab is right.)

But what do you worry about?

The guy's gonna “seal” it and then is going to tell you to use either glass cleaner or dish soap to clean it with on a daily basis… So, what seems to be the problem?

Everything's under control!… J

May I ask you now to please read and e-sign our Statement of Purpose at: http://www.marblecleaning.org/purpose.htm?

Ciao and good luck,

Maurizio Bertoli
