We live on the beach in FL. Our daughter brought into the house two starfish she found. She placed them on the granite counter. We have had an odor ever since. Tried lemon, vingegar. What get rid of the odor. Thanks, John.

You can try using one of those products that vets and pet stores sell to “digest” pet odors.
