Bluestone vs. Pietro Cardoza

I am considering either bluestone or Pietro Cardoza for an outside kitchen countertop. I'm concerned about stains and seams, particularly how a piece of bluestone can be seamed without big concrete seams. Any thoughts on which one would be better for outside use in the NorthEast (NY) or any better alternatives you suggest.

Please, tell me that you're not serious!

I can't think of many other stones as bad as those two for a kitchen countertop (outdoor or indoor it doesn't matter).

Consider soapstone instead, if you like the rustic look.
