How hard is it to install and what is the care/maintenance for this type of tile? Can it be used for shower walls? Want something that looks like stone, but is LOW maintenance/mold free. I have the white ceramic gas station look tile right now that attracts mold and looks tacky.

I really don't think that your ceramic tiles “attract” mold and feel tacky. If that's the cas e, you most likely have water behind those tiles, and hence the excessive mildew and tackiness.

As for your query, what kind of stone in a tumble-finish stone are you talking about? Marble, Travertine… ?

There may be different requirements for different stones at the installation.

And besides, I'm not a real expert in installation of shower stalls. I do know a few things, but certainly not to the point to feel like giving qualified advice.
