Marble floor cleaning means

We have a marble floor in our holiday home in Spain, please can you tell me the best way to ensure that we keep the floor in the best possible condition. We have heard that you should not use any cleaning materials on it but just warm water.

Dear Mike:

We have heard that you should not use any cleaning materials on it but just warm water.

That comes probably from the local customs, by which, perhaps, folks over there only use water to do their dishes, their laundry and take showers… J

Or, perhaps, in that blessed part of the world floors never get dirty!... J J
