I have some Carrara marble tiles that are polished..I would like to hone them and install them in a bathroom. Can I hone them at home with a product? Then, what is the sealing process and daily cleaning process? They will be on bathroom floors, showers, and walls.

How about some good ol' metal grade sandpaper?... You can start with an 80 grit and then finish at 240 or so. Working the sandpaper wet is not necessary but it will make no dust and the sandpaper will last longer.

As for the sealing is not really necessary, unless there's the likelihood that you're going to spill coffee or cooking oil on your stone and leave it sitting there for a couple of hours or so.

That's for the floor, of course. On the walls, you will never spill anything that could stain them; and inside the shower stall, beside the fact that you will never spill any staining agents in it, either, it is never a good idea to seal stone installed in a wet environment, unless you have well water rich with iron minerals. If that's the case, you could use a good-quality stone impregnator, like MB-4. as an alternative you could consider a good-quality color-enhancer like MB-6 if you want to deepen the color as if the stone were polished, still without the shine. 

In fact, if aesthetic reasons could be a factor, at that point you may consider applying MB-6 to all the tiles.

However, no matter what, you'd better focus on learning on how to take proper care of your stone, which, in the case of a shower stall, begins from the installation.

If the installation is not done according to precise guidelines, you're going to have maintenance issues with no solution this side of the ripping out of the whole shower stall.
