The finish of the stone doesn't make any difference in the choice of the cleaning agent. Therefore MB-5 is my recommendation.
However, the finish of the stone in this particular case could create cleaning problems if it was not treated with a good-quality stone color enhancer instead of nothing or a regular impregnating sealer. What I mean is that hone-finished black granite is a difficult surface to maintain unless treated with a good-quality stone color-enhancer because of the surface staining that will occur. And those surface soiling will be difficult to clean even with the best cleaning product.
