Marble TIle Grout Haze

I finished an installation of Marble tile on my bathroom floor. I cant remove the grout haze. I've washed with water, regular tile cleaner, etc..Can you help?

Dear Paul:

Regular tile cleaner?

Is it a tile cleaner or a marble cleaner? And if it is the former, what's its pH value?

Because if you used a tile cleaner with a pH value on the acidic side, the “grout film” is actually acid-etching on the surface of the stone, which would require restoration.

If you used a regular stone cleaner instead, then, of course, it is not the right type of cleaner in relation not to the stone, but to the soil that you have to remove.

In this case, only a product like MB-3 will do the trick for you.
May I ask you now to please read and e-sign our Statement of Purpose at: http://www.marblecleaning.org/purpose.htm?

Ciao and good luck,
