Dear
Sharon:
No matter
how much you think of me (and I'm flattered), I'm not that clever… :-(
Your
description of the issue is too vague and hard to evaluate without any visual.
You're best bet is to consult with your fabricator/installer and try to find
out what the problem is and how to possibly rectify it.
Of
course, if we could know that kind of stone Colonial Beige actually is (its
mineral composition and all those goodies that nobody seems to care about) it
could be easier to understand the problem, but being as things are in our “happy”
stone industry… you fill the blanks.
And that
is why the world needs marblecleaning.org!
May I ask
you now to please read and e-sign our Statement of Purpose at: http://www.marblecleaning.org/purpose.htm?
Ciao and
good luck,
Mauri
