If they didn't seal the “granite” I would immediately treat it with a good quality stone color enhancer like MB-6 and then take it from there with a product like MB-5 for routine care. You should be fine.
As far as the limestone tiles that you have in your bathroom are concerned,
by saying limestone you're saying very little – if anything at all. There are many different (and I do mean different) kinds of limestone that span from dense and acceptable rocks, to limestone that will actually fall apart under running water or “powder” or “bleach” (all problems with no solution), and everything in between.
So which limestone do you have?
Generally speaking limestone could benefit from a sealing job, but, as usual, the selection first, the installation second and, finally, the routine care are vastly more important than the sealing.
