Hi Maurizio, We spilled lemonade on our black absolute kitchen floor, and it faded the area to a milky gray. I think I read on your site that MB 6 could help. Is this a project we could do ourselves? The stain "disappears" when wet. I have also read online about Stone Tech Enhancer and Enhancer Pro, which sound a bit tricky and dangerous to use. I also read about waxes and even shoe polish to "solve" the problem. Thank you for your advice and informative website.

MB-6 (or any other good quality color enhancer, for that matter) will give you permanently the same “wet look” (only darkening, not any sheen) as water when the water is about to start drying.

However, the question is: You've been undoubtedly cheated out of your money with a phony “black” “granite” and all you want to do is hide the reality with some color-enhancer or some shoe-shine and let the crook who sold that crap to you get away with it?

What are you gonna do, use the color enhancer or some shoe-polish every time you spill something on your floor? How pathetic is that…?

Why did you choose granite if it has to behave like marble?

Black “granite” should not be affected at all by the acidic liquids that are commonly found in a household. So what they sold is not black “granite” at all.

 

I really don't care if you'll buy my color enhancer or someone else's. That is not what marblecleaning.org is about. We're here to protect consumers from the crooks and see their rights enforced. We're also here to gather the support of the consumers of stone through the e-signature of our Statement of Purpose, to force the stone industry establishment to wake up from its complacent dormant state and clean its act by – among many other issues – seeing to it that criminal activities like the one you've the victim of are eradicated once and for all.

What you want to do is meant to protect the crooks and allow them to do to many other consumers what they did to you. You can't expect my sympathy, I'm sorry.
