absolute black granite flooring, shade #3,made in China

Q.Installed the flooring in my ensuite last week. Was left with a moderate grout haze. Attempted removal of haze with a heavy duty cleaner and stripper manufactured by TileLab. I applied it undiluted, allowed it to sit for 45 min then scrubbed with a nylon brush. There were no positive results, any advice?
A.Dan sorry for the delay-To clean off grout haze on a acid resistant surface use phosphoric acid(grout haze remover).
You can find it in most tile shops or probably a big box store. The cleaner your using is a high alkaline stripper which will do nothing to the cementious residue.
Use the same process as you did with the alkaline cleaner and you should be fine.
