Granite Countertop

HELP! I have just used a color enhancing sealer on my granite countertop and accidentially did not wipe off the excess on the backsplash. What can I use to remove the dried sealer which has left a very dull finish?

Dear Terese:

This little trick works with many color-enhancing sealers: sprinkle a little bit more of the product on a small area and then, immediately, rub, rub, rub, rub with a clean rag, until both the new and old residues come off. Be warned: it's hard labor!! J

If that won't work, your best course of action is to inquire with the customer service of the maker of the product you used.

May I ask you now to please read and e-sign our Statement of Purpose at: http://www.marblecleaning.org/purpose.htm?   :-)

Ciao and good luck,
