shine to ogee edge

We recently had Golden Wave installed to kitchen with ogee edge. The edge does not have the same shine or color as the top. Fabricator said it can never be the same because of the resin. Can we do something to add the beautiful shine to the edge that the top has and enhance the color? Your enhancer perhaps? Thanks

Dear Lisa:
They may not be able to match the depth of color due to the resining of the slab, but that's no excluse for the lack of polish. Usually, it the edge is polished properly the difference in depth of color would be minimal to begin with, and then it could be further upgraqded with a good-quality stone color enhancer.
All this is no DIY project.
Insist with the fabricator to finish the job the way it should have been finished andc without further excuses. If they won't file with the BBB.

As a second best option, if when wet the color of the edge matches the top, you could apply MB-6 to it and then, after proper curing (at least a couple of days), you could rub the edge with a stick of paraffin wax and then buff it with a "00" steelwool pad. It wouldn't be the "real thing" but it should be better than now.
