They are similar and neither is good to be installed in a kitchen.
No polished calcareous rock belongs in a kitchen. Try to spill a few drops of lemon juice, vinegar, orange juice, tomato sauce, etc. on a spare tile; let them dwell for 15 seconds or so and then wipe them dry. You will see what I mean.

Oh, BTW, if anybody tells you that you can solve that problem with a sealer or something, don't believe them.
