Hello, I just had Giallo ornamental installed in my kitchen. I am concerned because as soon as the counter comes into contact with water (it just needs seconds), it immediately changes to a darker colour. Luckily, it does quickly return to the natural colour. The company advised me that they did seal the stone? Is this possible since the stone is obviously aborbing water? Is this normal? Has my counter really been sealed properly or should I be complaining to the company? If it HAS been sealed properly, is there anything I can do to prevent the instant/temporary water absorption? I am completely freaked out that if something dark drops on it, it will permanently absort that. What should I use? THANKS!
