HELP! I got some green permanent marker on my giallo ornamental. Can I remove this somehow or do I need to call a professional to grind it down? (and will that even work?) I have read some suggestions about making a poultice powder with corn starch or flour (or oxygen powder) and mixing it with hydrogen peroxide (although there is some debate about using hydrogen peroxide or acetone). Is this for real or am I going to end up damaging the surface with the marker still remaining? Please tell me what options I have. Thanks!

Grinding it will not work one bit. Poulticing will, but only if you know what to poultice it with; and the two chemicals you mentioned will not cut it.
