To do what??... What you have are surface damages that have to be repaired mechanically; what does the whiting, peroxide and ammonia thing got to do with the price of tea in
That said, the only way to repair that damage is to use some good ol' metal grade sandpaper. Start with 120 grit and then 240 and then finish with 400. That should pretty much blend in.
You also maintain that's time to re-seal your countertop. How did you determine that? How long ago it was originally sealed? Even the lousiest impregnator will last at least a couple of years before re-sealing. However, if it really needs to be re-sealed, the best sealer to use is the original one. Mixing different makes could create problems of compatibility.
