Maurizio, I really appreciate your expertise and this service you provide. I remodeled my bathroom a year ago and put in a large travertine shower. I just noticed mold clumps (small) on several areas of the grout. The contractor sealed the shower with Ager last January, I am wondering what I need to do next. What can I clean that mold off with, and should I have it resealed? Thanks very much, Bob

To remove mildew and mold, MB-9 is “your man”. But make sure that your grout lines are all in good condition. The cause of mildew could be just excessive humidity, but it could be something more serious.

No, you don't need to re-seal your travertine. You never needed to seal it in the first place. You do need to learn how to take care of your stone on a routine basis, which, as it should be intuitive, is vastly more important than the sealing (if and when possible and/or advisable).
