Granite Counter Top Problem

I recently had a granite counter top installed. The granite near two different seams have turned green. What can cause this "staining" or color change? The actual color is a light beige with darker brown/black veins and specks. There is no green in the counter.

Dear Liz:

I have no clue. I don't what your “granite” is and I don't know what the heck they used to fill and bond the seams. And since I don't believe in voodoo, my conclusion is that the only one who can solve your problem is the person who first caused it: your fabricator/installer.

May I ask you now to please read and e-sign our Statement of Purpose at: http://www.marblecleaning.org/purpose.htm?

Ciao and good luck,
