edge of granite turning a different shade

Q.We are a fabrication shop working with Verde Oceano. Once we ran the edge thru our pro edge machine the color within no longer matches the top surface of the granite, in fact it looks almost an onyx type coloring now. We have tried many different things from staining or dying the edges to ager, stone enhancer. Have you ever come across this situation? The supplier of the slabs says it just needs time to oxidize on the edge as the surface has done, but I can not tell my customer oh just live with it till the edge turns. We strive for customer service and it simply is not an acceptable answer.I was curious about the MB-6 product if that might do the trick? We have already tried the Tiger Ager and that did not do the trick????????Any input would be greatly appreciated.
A.Hello Tina-The slab was probably resined and once you cut the edge you uncovered the natural color of the stone. I dont think it has anything to do with oxidation.Your right
you cant tell your customer that.If the ager didnt do it I dont think the mb-6 will but I could be wrong.Give me a call at 888-400-4302 anytime.
