Products to use for Bordeaux (sunset red) granite care

Product is one year old, has small dull spot from a splash of jewlery cleaner. Cleaner has an ammonia smell. Also white spots near faucet from water. What products do I need to use now, and for the future?

Dear Susan:

Ammonia would have never damaged a tough cookie like Sun Set, from good old Texas ! There must have been some strong acid (HF?) in its formula to create damage with only a splash.

That said, your porphyritic granite doesn't need anything different than any other granite (or :granite”) out there.
