limestone repair

Dear Maurizio, Yes, I made the mistake of limestone countertops in the kitchen... but they were so pretty! Now, I have (of course) stains, scratches, and small chips, can they be repaired with product, or only through resurfacing? They are polished Jerusalem gold ... please help? Melissa

Don't you worry too much: it's only money!... :-)

No, there's no product coming in a bottle that will do the trick for you.
Now if you do have stains (true stains, that is: darker than the stone, not just dull) then you will have to remove them. It is not difficult, just get the article about it that you will find at:
For all the rest, only a bona-fide stone restoration contractor will be able to help.

May I ask you now to please read and e-sign our Statement of Purpose at: http://www.marblecleaning.org/purpose.htm?   :-)

Ciao and good luck,

Mauri z io Bertoli
