Granite Cleaner/Sealer |
Article Number: 1227 | Rating: Unrated | Last Updated: Mon, Feb 18, 2008 at 12:00 AM |
Hi Maurizio, About a year ago, I purchased StoneSpecific Granite Cleaner/Sealer and have used it regularly ever since. Recently, I have noticed that my light colored granite tiled counter tops have darkened considerably, which I do not like at all. Is there any way to restore the original color?
Dear Diane:
You give me too much credit – I'm not that clever. I barely know what to do if any of my products is responsible for undesirable results, but I can't be expected to know what to do if somebody else's product generates the problem that you're reporting. (I never really understood why there should a cleaning product with a sealer in it, but hey, what do I know about marketing?)
I believe that the best thing for you to do is to ask the customer service of that product's manufacturer what to do. I don't know the chemical composition of their product (and I don't care to know it, either). They do and, therefore, they are the most qualified to answer your question; although I have the funny feeling that nothing coming in a bottle could ever solve the problem. But I may (and hope to) be wrong.
May I ask you now to please read and e-sign our Statement of Purpose at:

Ciao and good luck,
Mauri
