tumbled marble instalation

my tumbled marble installer says that since he used epoxy grout on my raw tumbled marble he does not have to seal the raw stone. he also says that cleaning off the excess grout and sealing the stone is not standard practice for a srone installer. the grout sat 2 weeks, he never came back and i had to call a professional gout removal company to revove the grout and grout stains and seal. what can i do?

Dear Barry:

I'm sorry, but I don't quite understand your question. After telling me what happened with your installer, you're reporting of having hired a company to remove the residue of the grout and applied an impregnating sealer to your stone. And now you would like to know what you can do?...

What else is left to do??...

If you could be more specific with your question I'll be only glad to try helping you out.

May I ask you now to please read and e-sign our Statement of Purpose at: http://www.marblecleaning.org/purpose.htm?   :-)

Ciao and good luck,
