Marble Table top damaged from placing hot on it? |
Article Number: 1920 | Rating: Unrated | Last Updated: Thu, Nov 12, 2009 at 12:00 AM |
Q. I have a marble table top. Think I placed something hot on it and that spot is a little rough now. Any way to mend it?
A.Hmm- Heat shouldn't have damaged the stone. I think the table had a plastic coating of some kind that may have been damaged. You should consult a bona fide stone refinisher who can repair the damage. Find one at www.stoneandtilepros.com
