MB 9

CAN WE PURCHASE MB9 AT A LOCAL RETAILER AND WILL IT REMOVE ALL OF THE BLACK COLERATION FROM MILDEW FROM OUR LIMESTONE? THANK YOU ELISSA MIRAGLIA

Dear Elissa:

The presence of mildew staining could be a regular accumulation of humidity, but it could also be the indication of more serious problems.

“Education before any sale!” is my motto; so let's try to understand what your problem is, before telling you how to get MB-9.

Why don't you start telling me where your limestone is installed: is it a shower stall? Or is it an outdoor patio? Or…?

If it is a shower stall, how are the conditions of your grout and caulk lines? Is any of those missing or cracked?

How long have you been experiencing this mildew problem?

Would it be possible for you to send me a couple of pictures?

Answer the questions above for me and (possibly) send me a couple of pictures and then we'll take it from there.

I May ask you now to please read and e-sign our Statement of Purpose at: http://www.marblecleaning.org/purpose.htm?   :-)

Ciao and good luck,

Mauri zio Bertoli
