Water Stains on Granite Countertop

I have a Paradisio Bash Granite Countertop in my kitchen. The granite area where the handle of the faucet is located has lost its shine and is rough to touch (seems like it is not sealed anymore). I guess it is because water is constantly in the area. We have hard water, not sure if that matters or not. Is there something I can do to put the sheen back to the granite and make it look like the rest of the counter? Thank you very much for your help.

I have no idea what kind of sealer you're talking about that seems not to be there anymore, but it doesn't matter. What you have is an accumulation of mineral deposit.

No biggie: remove the worst with a razor blade scraper and then finish the job with a soap film and mineral-deposit remover rated for natural stone, like MB-3. Rinse thoroughly - Done!
