Wet look enhancement

Can you put "wet look" seal on mosaics? Can you put "wet look" seal on polished natural stone?
 

Dear Sandra:

If the installations you would like to enhance get darker when they are wet, then the answer is, yes. If not, the answer is, no. There's no sure rule for that.
