travertine in kitchen |
Article Number: 247 | Rating: Unrated | Last Updated: Thu, Jul 26, 2007 at 12:00 AM |
My customer wants to install travertine in her kitchen. She has 5 small dogs living there. Is this an advisable flooring for her situation? Thanks, Harry
Dear Harry:
It all depends on the way the stone is finished. Higly polished is a HUGE no-no under the circumstances. Honed and filled is iffy at best.
Brushed or tumbled and filled would be all right.
May I ask you now to please read and e-sign our Statement of Purpose at:

Ciao and good luck,
