Scratched Polished Onyx Floor Tile |
Article Number: 944 | Rating: Unrated | Last Updated: Wed, Dec 26, 2007 at 12:00 AM |
Dear MAurizio, I just had a polished Onyx tile floor put in and the installers grouted it with sanded grout. It appears as if the grout slightly scratched the surface of the tile along the seems/joints. Can the scratches be polished with one, or more of your products? Thank you!
Dear Richard:

No. Only a stone restoration professional could do that. But then again, the sanded grout would have to be removed and replaced with unsanded one, or else, in the attempt of eliminating the scratches there are good chances that they would make some more!
May I ask you now to please read and e-sign our Statement of Purpose at:

Ciao and good luck,
